哈佛大學的入學許可，考慮下面5個因素，"academic,” “extracurricular,” “athletic,” “personal” and “overall.”
假如純粹考慮 academic, 亞裔學生應有 43%入學率， 如果將哈佛列為優先的運動員和父母是校友的因素考慮進去， 亞裔學生入學率降為31%，將 "extracurricular" 和 "personal" 考慮進去，亞裔學生降為 26%。把 "demographic" 考慮進去，亞裔學生入學率降為 18%.

That can put the students at a disadvantage."
